About a Coach for a Healthy Lifestyle Coaching Course at Eshkolot College


Designed for anyone seeking to learn how to improve his and his family's nutrition and health habits and learn to impart to others tools for a healthy lifestyle to gain quality of life and longevity in our world now, we are experiencing witnesses to dramatic changes in body, mind and spirit levels. For upheavals, for confusion. Our job is to strengthen awareness, the inner knowledge rooted within us, to use great wisdom and balance in the knowledge learned and acquired technologically and scientifically and to know which choice and which way to choose for us at every crossroads. The world of abundance obscures our senses that we should have to help with choice. In the course we will refine our personal abilities, clarify the many possibilities, delve deeper into personal research using practical tools from traditional folk medicine and classical medicine. We will touch the body, spirit and mind with full understanding and then we will also help others.
Health training is a new, sought-after and required professional field that creates new business opportunities for healthy lifestyle enthusiasts. Graduates of the Lifestyle Coaching Course at Eshkolot College help patients achieve rapid and effective improvement in a variety of areas of life, both mental and physical, through a short, accurate and intensive intervention. The course trains professional health trainers, with an emphasis on specialization in the three cornerstones of a healthy lifestyle: body-mind balance, sports activities and proper nutrition.

Dr. Iris Salomon Har-Even

Yoga teacher, with an emphasis on therapeutic yoga and Ayurvedic medicine for individuals, groups and special audiences, through a holistic encounter with humans and animals over 25 years. Facilitator of workshops for a healthy and balanced lifestyle, healthy and moral nutrition, cleansing body and mind, healthy and directed cooking .Vetinary doctor in the clinical and commercial fields. Specializes in integrative medicine for humans and animals. Tour guide in Israel and abroad - 'Eco-Yogic' spirit and body journeys.
